WHAT IS ENGAGEMENT DAY?
BESPIN Engagement Day is an event we created to help us connect with different vendors who might be interested in partnering with us. BESPIN is always looking to stay on the cutting edge, and Engagement Day is just another way of helping us do that. By dedicating a day each month to new vendors and their capabilities, we can assure our customers that we have the latest and greatest capabilities to help them accomplish their mission.
WHY DO ENGAGEMENT DAY?
In the past, BESPIN was missing out on opportunities to connect with new vendor partners due to time constraints with busy day to day schedules. This prompted us to create Engagement Day. Now when you attend Engagement Day, you will have the full attention of our CEO, COO, CTO, Lead engineer, and Security representative, assuring that we are putting our best foot forward for each vendor and their presentation.
WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE?
A standard Engagement Day begins with a 20 minute BESPIN overview brief, followed by a 10 minute Q&A period. Next, we host our 30 minute vendor spotlight sessions, where our vendors have dedicated time to present their capabilities to our leadership team. Vendors have the prerogative to use their time however they see fit, allowing for flexible and unique presentations.
HOW CAN YOU JOIN?
Vendors who want to partner with us can do so by filling out the form below, which will notify our customer engagement team. Each Engagement Day has 5 available slots for spotlight sessions, which we plan for up to 3 months in advance, and are filled on a first-come-first-served basis. Additionally, Engagement Day can be attended virtually or in person, right here in Montgomery, Alabama.
